We are seeking reinforcement for our Controlling Team. As an Associate/Junior Controller, you will handle specific tasks, support the company’s finance processes, and have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects.

Sneak preview of your future tasks

  • Assist with controlling responsibilities for various departments (budgeting, reporting, and serving as the first point of contact for product colleagues)
  • Act as a business partner for the departments, aiding in presentations and analyses for management using our existing processes and templates
  • Support corporate budgeting, monthly forecasts, and reporting as well as target/actual analysis
  • Assist in developing recommendations for action, decision templates, and forecasts
  • Utilize alignment processes and support communication with our financial stakeholders

Your Profile

Education

  • Degree in economics, preferably with a focus on finance/controlling

Experience

  • Initial experience in financial and budget planning, central reporting processes and systems, and modern reporting
  • Familiarity with common MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as SAP and PowerBI

Personal Skills

  • Strong communication skills and an active involvement in topics
  • A “getting-things-done” mentality and a desire to make a difference
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and independently take responsibility for specific tasks
  • High level of comprehension and good understanding of complex issues
  • Structured work approach and strong self-organization skills

Language Skills

  • Very good English skills (C1 Level)
